Frequently Asked Questions

You will need to provide us with a copy of your government issued ID (valid driver's license or passport) and credit card. The primary renter and all riders will need to sign rental agreements and liability waivers prior to rental.  We provide helmets, bike chargers and locks. Closed toe shoes are recommended.

All riders must be 12 years of age or older in order to operate an electric bike.  An adult or guardian must accompany riders under 18. The primary renter must be at least 18 years of age with a valid license and credit card in their name.

You may cancel  for Free 72 hours prior to your reservation.  Cancellations less than 72 hours notice will lose their $50 deposit.  Rainchecks are issued during certain circumstances (please refer to rental agreement). 

Our e-bikes are perfect for riders 5'1" to  6'3" and hold  up to 330 pounds. A minimum of 80 pounds is recommended.
