Free delivery to my rental or hotel?
Absolutely. We offer free delivery and pickup directly to your doorstep at vacation rentals, hotels, or Airbnbs. We coordinate with your schedule so your bikes are ready the moment you arrive.
How old do I need to be to ride?
Know the rules. Under current Florida law, riders must generally be at least 16 years old to operate an e-bike, particularly for Class 3 models capable of 28 mph. While no driver’s license or registration is required, riders under 16 must wear helmets. Some local ordinances may impose stricter age or safety regulations.
What comes with my rental?
Everything you need. Every rental includes a high-visibility LED helmet, front/rear lights, a waterproof hard-shell storage bag, and phone/bottle holders—all at no extra charge.
How far can I ride on one charge?
Explore further. Our bikes typically range between 20 and 55 miles depending on your assist level. Since the Gulf Coast is mostly flat, you'll have more than enough power for a full day of island discovery.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety first. If heavy rain or tropical storms are in the forecast, we provide flexible rescheduling or a full refund. We want your ride to be sunny and stress-free.
How much does it cost?
No hidden fees. Pricing is simple: $125 for 3 days, $175 for 5 days, or $225 for a full week. A baby seat add-on is available for a one-time $30 fee.
